The fine print

This is the really boring bit:

Any discount offered by way of coupon may only be claimed on presentation of the coupon or identification of the unique coupon code.  Lost or stolen coupons, gift vouchers or other discount offers will not be replaced.  Coupons and discount vouchers issued by NSW First Aid or No Ordinary Man Pty Ltd remain the property of No Ordinary Man Pty Ltd.  Coupons and vouchers cease to be valid beyond their expiry date.  Discounts do not apply to Layby purchases nor to previously discounted items.

Pricing

All prices listed on this website are applicable at the time of publishing. Prices may change without notice, particularly on imported items subject to fluctuations in the Australian Dollar.  If a price differs from what you have ordered, our sales staff will contact you BEFORE your order is processed.

Layby Sales

The minimum layby purchase is $30-00 with a minimum deposit of 30% required.  The full value of the layby will include postage and packing
Maximum holding period is 3 months.
Instalments are required to be made by authorised credit card transaction at the time of placing your order and will be processed every 30 days.
An authorised layby credit card transaction declined for any reason will result in layby cancellation.
A cancellation fee of 30% of the full purchase price will apply to all cancellations without exception.
Goods remain the property of No Ordinary Man Pty Ltd until paid in full.
Multiple items held on a single layby purchase cannot be split until the full layby balance is paid.

Cheques

Unfortunately, cheques are no longer an acceptable form of payment for online First Aid product purchases.  Cheques are still acceptable for existing account customers and First Aid training courses only.  Please note, if a cheque is not accepted by the bank on presentation, we reserve the right to withhold the issue of course certificates until full payment (including recovery of bank fees and administration charges) are paid in full.

For all other purchases, please don't ask, it won't happen.  Sorry.  If you are inclined towards irrational outbursts of violent behaviour, suffer from Tourettes, or just want to express your anger at our refusal to accept your cheque, we will gladly provide you with the name and address of the last 5 customers who have bounced cheques on us.  Speak to them...

Cash Sales

We gladly accept cash as payment for local customers if it is convenient for you to pay this way.  Please call us on 6372 3888 to arrange collection.

Credit Card Sales

ALL Credit Card purchases will be subject to standard industry security checks. If we are unable to confirm the Credit Card details, the credit card is reported stolen or there are discrepancies in the processing, the relevant authorities will be notified of your contact and address details and the goods will not be dispatched.

Bank Transfers - Direct Deposit payments

If you prefer, you can purchase items by direct deposit to our bank account.  This is only acceptable for orders placed within Australia for delivery within Australia.  Please call 1300 766 120 to discuss bank deposits if you have any security concerns.

Aussie Dollars

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).  All international orders are charged in AUD, currency conversions are completed at the rate your credit card supplier determines when the charge hits your account.  Any reference to your local currency, other than AUD are an estimate only based on the best information available at the time and quoted in good faith.

Errors

Every effort is made to present the information within this site accurately and in good faith.
No Ordinary Man Pty Ltd reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions.
Any errors or problems within this site can be reported by clicking on the CONTACT link to your left.

Returns

All sales are subject to quality control inspections prior to despatch.  Any claim for damaged goods will only be considered upon examination of the returned goods. All returns must be notified within 24 hours of receipt and the return must be authorized in advance. Any item returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. No Ordinary Man Pty Ltd reserves the right to nominate the method of return delivery. Each item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Web Images

The best available images have been used to represent the products available on this website. Image quality is entirely dependent on the quality of your hardware and software.  It is accepted that slight variations in colour or size may occur and every effort has been made to provide you with a true representation of the product.  In rare cases, some product substitutes may occur as a result of upgrades in products, unavailability etc.  You can be assured that any substituted product will be of an equal or superior quality to that shown here.

This web site has encrypted security.  Your credit card payments are NOT processed by any third party on-line.  Your order, including your credit card details are encrypted, sent directly to us where your transaction is completed through standard Australian electronic credit card processing systems.  Once your order is completed, your credit card details are destroyed.

This site uses cookies for a couple of reasons.  Random pages within this site are embedded with Web Hit Counter codes. These codes monitor the traffic through our web site and provide us with statistical data to help us improve our service to you. These cookies are used to provide us with information about the type of browser you are using, your operating platform, which search engines are performing best for us, and the number of times you have returned to our site.
